Shachihata follows directives of the European Union that restricts the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. Our products are widely used in the production process of manufacturers of such products.

Shachihata reviews regulations for manufacturers and importers by gathering information on the properties of chemical substances, in order to protect people’s health and environment.

Shachihata products are widely used in the production process of car manufacturers as marking tools which meets the End of Life Vehicles Directive.
GHS
Shachihata provides by SDS the correct information about the potential dangers of chemical products according to Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling.

As an early adopter within the stationery manufacturing industry, we have established a precise chemical management system in-house, including RoHS analysis and the preparation of SDS. We respond flexibly to increasingly stringent global chemical regulations, ensuring product safety and quality based on scientific evidence. Through advanced analytical capabilities, we strongly support the development of products that customers can use with confidence.
About ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation
ISO/IEC 17025 is an international standard that specifies the general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. Accreditation is granted by a recognized third-party body, based on an evaluation of the laboratory’s ability to perform specific measurements with appropriate technical and quality management, and to provide technically valid results.
Shachihata is adopting original regulation of environmental investigation.
