6. Suspension of Use, Elimination and Suspension of Provision to Third Party of Personal Information

Please notify us if you have a request for the suspension of use, elimination or suspension of provision to a third party in relation to the personal information of the customers held by us. Only if we confirm that the said request is made by the customer proprietarily or through a proxy, we shall conduct the necessary research without delay, suspend the use, eliminate or suspend the provision to a third party of the personal information of the customer within the reasonable period or scope in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations and notify the customer of the details unless special procedures are determined under the laws and regulations to prevent leakage and ensure correctness and safety.
Further, we would like to ask for your understanding on the possibility that we may be unable to provide services as requested if we suspend, eliminate or suspend the provision to a third party of the whole or part of the said information.
